A Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Namast'ay In Muskoka & Ved Kavalya Kaur, AUG 28TH 1:30-3:30PM

An emphasis on mental health awareness and habitual neurological patterns. Sometimes known as the vicious cycle.
The workshop will include a pranayama, an opportunity to journal together and individually, a chance to chat and meet others, to reflect, connect and inject positive feedback to ourselves and with others, a Kriya yoga set, meditation and helpful explanations of why we are doing these exercises and what they do for our radiant bodies.
Kundalini is a yogic technology that produces instant biophysical results in our body and nervous system. It relieves stress, blockages, anxiety and depression. It amplifies new pathways of creative energy and enables constructive behavioural thinking towards action.
